Our Property & Asset Management Teams manage a portfolio consisting of 8.4 million square feet of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce buildings across the United States. Together, they effectively and efficiently mitigate risk while optimizing profitability and providing an enduring product for tenants, allowing them to offer a positive environment for employees and increase productivity for business.
Development
Covington controls over 2000 acres of industrial development land in Southern California (as well as other well-located properties across the U.S.). Our focus is to design, entitle and build state of the art, industrial business parks that provide maximum functionality and flexibility to future tenants. With our genesis as an owner/operator, we approach every development with a long-term ownership mindset, prioritizing quality and longevity over cost.
