



Covington Development Partners (“CDP”) is the development arm of Covington Group’s fully integrated industrial real estate platform. Founded in 1989, Covington Group specializes in the acquisition, development and management of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce facilities across the nation.
CDP currently controls over 2000 acres of prime industrial development land in the highly constrained Southern California market, with the ability to entitle almost 27MM SF of industrial space. CDP also has other well-located properties in select US markets, some in conjunction with other partners. The company is focused on designing, entitling and building state of the art industrial business parks that provide the maximum functionality and flexibility to future tenants. With our genesis as an owner and operator of industrial buildings we approach every development with a long-term ownership mindset, always prioritizing quality and longevity over cost considerations.

KENNETH SHEER
Partner
Ken is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Covington Group's building and land acquisition throughout the United States. His expertise includes over 35 years of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate acquisition & management; land development; master planning; and site selection for the third party logistics industry.

GREGG ALLEN
Sr. Vice President - Construction
Mr. Allen is responsible for the design, permitting and construction of all of Covington’s development projects. He has been involved in the construction of industrial buildings in Southern California for the past 23 years. Prior to joining Covington he was a Senior Project Manager for Fullmer Construction where he led the construction of over 7.1 Million SF of warehouse space. In his career he has been involved in the construction of over 86 Buildings and 118 Tenant Improvement projects.

DANA WHITMER

For the past 15 years Dana's primary focus has been on the development of industrial business parks in Southern California. He has extensive experience navigating projects through complex entitlement efforts and has successfully managed the design and construction of over 8MM SF of industrial buildings..

J. BRANDON GALLUP
Vice President - Acquisitions
Mr. Gallup joined Covington in March of 2008 and brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of acquisitions, land, and leasing. He has been involved in real estate transactions totaling over $600MM in value for purchases and leases of industrial, flex, vacant land, office and retail property assets. Additionally, he has played a key role in the assemblage and entitlement efforts of several million square feet of industrial land, which included land acquisition, consultant management, and public jurisdiction coordination.

MARK MILAKOVICH
Partner
Mark heads up the operations, administration, and asset & property management functions for Covington. He also maintains responsibility for several land development projects and plays a primary role in the financial modeling and underwriting of new acquisitions. Mark has over 25 years of experience in real estate, planning, and business operations.

MICHAEL DiSANO
Senior Director - Entitlements
With over a decade of experience in land development and entitlements, Michael supports Covington's efforts on multiple major entitlement projects across Southern California. His expertise includes working with land mitigation banks, leading negotiations with Local, State, and Federal agencies, and managing multidisciplinary teams on complex and time-consuming developments. Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
