ENTREPRENEURIAL-MINDED

We are an entrepreneurial real estate development investment organization that focuses on complex, creatively financed projects across the United States.

SPECIALIZED FOCUS

We specialize in corporate dispositions, REOs, and other types of vacant or distressed industrial properties with a primary focus of recycling and re-tenanting these properties.

EXPERIENCED TEAM

Our partners have more than 100 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and finance and have developed or redeveloped over 25 millions square feet of commercial and industrial property.

NATIONWIDE REACH

We operate across the United States, and over the past 30 years, have owned or operated in real estate in more than twenty-five states. We are currently active in CA, TX, SC and OH.

What makes Covington unique is that we are a small group with a nationwide focus - instead of living and working in one geography, we go where the deals are. Our strength is identifying disconnects or imperfections across various U.S. markets, identifying properties where those disconnects result in mispricing, and executing on plans to create value in those properties.
